The short version for kids: We don't know who you are, and we don't want to! The game never asks for your name, email, photo or where you live. There are no ads, no chat, and nobody is tracking you.
This policy explains, for parents, guardians and players, what information Noodle Football Stars (“the game”, “we”) uses on iOS, Android and the web at football.workaholicdevelopers.com. The game is made by Workaholic Developers and is designed to be suitable for children.
No personal information. There are no accounts or logins. Story mode, tournaments and quick matches work entirely on your device.
When you choose Online, the game connects to our match server and sends only what is needed to play: a nickname the game makes up from fun words (for example “Speedy Ramen 42” — players can't type their own), the names of the five characters in your line-up, your kit colours, and your controller input during the match. The other player sees your generated nickname and kit. There is no chat or messaging of any kind.
The server keeps this only in memory while the match is running and does not store it afterwards. Rank points are saved on your device, not on our server.
Deleting the app (or clearing site data in your browser) removes all of it.
Like any website, our server briefly keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and time of request) to keep the service secure. These are not used to identify anyone and are deleted regularly.
Because we do not collect personal information from anyone, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your country). This approach is intended to follow COPPA, the GDPR (including GDPR-K) and app-store rules for apps used by children.
The only links out of the game are to our studio's website, email and our other games, and they sit behind a grown-ups check.
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. We will never start collecting personal information without updating this policy first and getting any consent the law requires.
